Overcome your fear of the unknown by reading every single Wikipedia page.

“That’s not what a fear of the unknown is!” Well, I haven’t got to that page yet.

Every obstacle is there to be conquered. Preferably in a healthy and finite way. This is probably neither.

Overcome your deathly fear of all that is unknown simply by just knowing. It may start with one Wikipedia page. Then just click on a link to another. And then another. Do not rest till every blue link has been turned purple. A short four years and one resignation later, you will have read everything there is to read on there.

It may not be the healthy way to go about conquering your fears, but it will have been done. Fortunately, as we all know, there will never be new unknown things. There is a limit on things and that has already been reached. No new things.

The most challenging obstacle for anyone would be when pages that have already been covered get updated. Did you know there was sports every single year? Every single week, players score goals, touchdowns, baskets(?), holes in ones (?), runs, etc. All of that gets updated every single day!

Every couple of months you may have to check every actor’s filmography section because for whatever reason, they keep making more movies.

The obvious solution would be to make an ungodly amount of money and use that to shut down every aspect of the world. And then, you will have known everything. Isn’t that worth it?

Detractors of this theory will claim that this article has fundamentally misunderstood what a fear of the unknown is. To them, Wikipedia is large and not everyone has got to that page yet.
